The New Mexico Judicial Standards Commission is an independent state agency within the judicial branch of the state charged with investigating allegations of  misconduct and disability against New Mexico state, county, and municipal judges, as well as court-appointed commissioners, hearing officers, and administrative law judges while acting in a judicial capacity.

How to File a Complaint

Download the complaint form, or complete one online and print it. Sign your complaint in front of a notary public, and mail the notarized complaint to the Commission for filing and review. Complaint forms may also be requested by phone and one will be mailed to you. Read More
