Supreme Court grants Commission’s Petition for Discipline concerning the Hon. Robert M. Schwartz, Second Judicial District Court, SCT Docket No. 32,422, JSC Inquiry No. 2009-081. Judge found to have committed willful misconduct in office and will receive the following discipline: $6,000.00 fine, public reprimand, complete sexual harassment course, and take leave during future medication transitions. The Commission’s cost reimbursement request is under advisement. The Court will publish the reprimand in the Bar Bulletin and will publish a formal opinion in the matter.
